Warranty Program
We guarantee that all Amelle products are free from manufacturing defects, such as faulty spray mechanisms or damaged bottles upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of perfumes and incense, returns and exchanges are not possible once the order has been confirmed and shipped. This is to ensure product safety, authenticity, and hygiene.
Yes. You may cancel or modify your order before it is confirmed by our team. Once the order is processed and prepared for shipping, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the item. We will replace it at no extra cost.
Refunds are only issued if the order is canceled before confirmation, or if the product arrives damaged and cannot be replaced.
Exchanges are only possible before order confirmation. Once shipped, no exchanges can be made.

Coupons must be applied at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.
Shipping & Recent Orders
We offer secure and reliable shipping services for both local and international deliveries.
Morocco: 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Business days refer to working days when our team processes and ships orders. For Amelle, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays in Morocco.
